When our clients first approached us, construction of their new ranch home was already underway. Part of their plans included building a sunroom and green house. They wanted to maintain uniformity with the house, so we decided to build one big sunroom with a partition wall to divide the spaces! The wall was constructed, along with the rest of this garden style sunroom, in our Auburn MA factory, then disassembled for shipment. After the sunroom was set in place, the wall was reassembled. It features the same solid laminated wood framing, tempered glass, and a matching pine full view interior door. Other unique features included an exterior stone veneer for 2 faces of the kneewall to be uniform with the home.
